Videos

I'm taking a turn with trying to upload some video.  One is of Cadham with his new monster toy that sings Biz Markie. A real Valentine's Day classic. The other is Cadham perfecting his skills at the "Hot Dog" dance that happens at the end of every episode of Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse. I promise he is appropriately clothed most of the time, just not in these clips...pantless and running amok.

Special Thanks

Wanted to share some pics of Cadham in a new shirt from his Burdett cousins, and his prayer bell from Great Aunt Wendy. We ring the prayer bell at night when we say our prayers before bed. Cadham loves it! I also love the buffalo shirt! The other clothes you guys sent are great! He's wearing the other shirt tomorrow to school I think. Thanks, guys!

Looooong time coming

So it's been a while. A long while actually. I do apologize. Your handsome reward is LOTS of pictures. I mean lots....
More from Thanksgiving

Once we got home it didn't take long before we were making mischief!

So we decided to go out and get our Christmas tree sooner rather than later...

Cadham loved wearing his new boots and wanted to wear them all the time. Though he doesn't like to wear hats, he likes wearing "gloves".

We also took an excursion to "Dickens Downtown" to see the Christmas decorations and dressed up Dickens characters in downtown Northport.

We spent time with family too. We love Aunt "ma ma" (Mallie)

And Cadham was such a big boy at church on Christmas Eve. He wore his Uncle "Pat Pat" (Patrick)'s outfit from a long time ago...

And then Santa came!!

Cadham's big gift from Santa was a train table and trains.

He loved his Thomas the Train engine from Uncle Thomas

Our Christmas card picture taken at Humber Thanksgiving...

Then we went to Smith Lake on Christmas Day to see Deedee, Papa, and Pat Pat

And it was coooold!

It snowed the whole way up and there was still snow on the ground on Boxing Day!

We enjoyed checking out Cadham's new pajamas. The "back hatch" was a big hit.
Cadham loves to give everyone kisses goodnight...

One of the best parts of our trip to the lake was our Boxing Day hockey match. I feel a tradition coming on...
It even snowed while we played hockey. Max especially loved the activitiy.

Even though we're not of originally southern lineage...we might be rednecks if we fashion a hockey goal out of old tomato planters....

I think Deedee wins the award for enthusiasm!

We tried to get a family picture but Cadham's mittens needed to be "reapplied"

It was a wonderful day. Cadham loved sitting with me and watching it all. I think we'll always remember it!

I had to close with this one of Will making a fierce objection to a missed goal!

I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday season. I'm sad it's over but we're not lacking excitement even without the holidays. We had a winter storm here that gave me a couple of extra days before I had to go back to work. I promise to be better about keeping this current!
